Entra set up for SCIM

I am trying to configure an internal app to use SCIM and I verified with the developers that it supports SCIM.

However I ran across a few notices saying that SCIM is not supported at this time for my application and to submit a request. When I went to submit, it states that submissions are not being accepted at this time.
Am I unable to configure SCIM for internal applications at this time?

    Hello Carlos del Castillo,

    No new requests for provisioning integrations are currently being accepted. If you are an application developer and your customers need to access your application through SCIM, they should use the custom non-gallery application. This includes a generic SCIM connector that is compatible with most SCIM servers.

    To add the custom application (without a gallery), click on "Enterprise Applications" → "New Application" → "Create Your Own Application" → "Integrate any other application not included in the Gallery (without a Gallery)" in the Entra portal and click on "Create".
