Hi Tudor,Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how annoying it is to buy a sealed Microsoft 365 Business Standard thing and then get an error that says the key's already been used by some other email. I am here to help.
What happens is sometimes the key was activated before and is now stuck to a Microsoft account. It might look sealed, but someone could have gotten to the key before it got to you. Microsoft keys only work once; after that, they're stuck with the first account that used them.
Here's what you should do
Get in touch with the seller ASAP and tell them what’s up, since they need to give you a working key.
Grab your proof of purchase and the error message, and then hit up Microsoft Support at support.microsoft.com to check it out. They can tell you if the key is linked to another account and tell you what to do.
If they say the key's toast, ask the seller for a new one or your money back.
