I'm getting back to training after an very extended leave. I'm able to use my account for the learning process, but not for the azure portal. I tried re-registering with the same email, but without success.

After searching for the cause in QA and finding microsoft emails, my tenant is probably unrecoverable (20 days went already by long), but is there a way of creating a new tenant to my microsoft account?
This is my current shot at getting back to the market, and would like to use the same personal account for the learning path and azure tenant.

Can you help?

Thank you.
