If your Surface Pro was returned without the pen after a repair, it is advisable to contact Microsoft support to report the issue. You should provide them with details about your repair request, including any tracking information and the condition of the package upon arrival. They may be able to assist you in locating the missing pen or provide a replacement if necessary.

Additionally, ensure you have the serial number of your Surface device handy, as it may be required for support inquiries.
