I have a primary M365 account with operating email. Have linked 3 other accounts and can see them on the left. This works well on the desktop.

Have same primary account on Outlook for Android and works well. When I added the same email accounts, they seemed to add and show under the account section. However, the email does not display for those new accounts.

How can I get all of the email entries to show?

To show multiple email accounts on Outlook for Android, you need to ensure that the accounts are properly configured and that you have the necessary permissions to access them. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue you are facing:

    1. Check Account Configuration: Make sure that the additional accounts are correctly added to your Outlook for Android. You can do this by going to the account settings in the app and verifying that the accounts are listed.
    2. Permissions: Ensure that you have the correct permissions to access the emails from the linked accounts. If these accounts are shared or delegated accounts, confirm that you have been granted the necessary access rights.
    3. Refresh the App: Sometimes, simply refreshing the app can help. Close the Outlook app completely and then reopen it to see if the emails from the additional accounts appear.
    4. Check Sync Settings: Go to the settings of each account and ensure that sync is enabled. This will allow Outlook to fetch emails from those accounts.
    5. Re-add Accounts: If the emails still do not display, consider removing the accounts from Outlook for Android and then re-adding them. This can sometimes resolve syncing issues.
    6. Update the App: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Outlook for Android. Updates often contain bug fixes and improvements that can resolve issues with account syncing.

If you follow these steps and still encounter issues, you may want to consult Microsoft support for further assistance.

    Hi,

Outlook for Android shows multiple accounts only if each one is fully authenticated and has email sync enabled. If the accounts appear under “Accounts” but don’t display messages, it means they were added but not syncing.

    What I suggest is:

Go to Settings → Accounts → [each account] → ensure Sync email is ON.

Remove and re-add accounts using full sign-in (not alias linking).

Check filters (set to All mail) and update the app.

    Happy to help!
