    Thank you for contacting us. Please allow me to provide the following information:

    You are currently using an Education account, which means this account is managed and configured by your school’s administrator

    Case 1: Your school has another admin

    In this situation, please contact your school’s administrator to request admin privileges for your account. Kindly send them the following instructions:

    Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com.

    Step 2: Go to Users → Active Users → select your account

    Step 3: Click Manage roles

    Step 4: Assign an Admin role to your account

    Case 2: You are the only admin of the school tenant

    If you are the sole Global Admin, you will need to contact Microsoft’s Data Protection team to recover your admin privileges.
