Hi, I understand how important this is for you and I want to help. Your account was suspended because Microsoft detected activity that violated their Terms of Use, which can include things like unusual sign-in patterns or content flagged by automated systems. The first step is to confirm you’ve submitted the appeal through the official form at the Digital Safety portal. If you have, try clearing your browser cache and signing in again to check if the status changed. Also, make sure you’re using the same email linked to the suspended account when submitting appeals. Can you share if you received any case or SIR number after your appeal? And did the suspension notice mention a specific reason like security risk or anny violation?
Account suspended 37 days ago — multiple appeals submitted, no response
Hello, I am seeking help because my Microsoft account was suspended 37 days ago. I submitted multiple appeals through the official form, but I have not received a response. The appeal instructions say responses come within 24–48 hours or within 14 days, but mine have gone unanswered for over a month.
I am unable to access important personal documents and data stored in my account. I am only trying to find out whether my case can be reviewed or if there is any way to retrieve my personal data. All my attempts through official channels have led to no communication.
Could a Microsoft moderator please help escalate my case to the appropriate team? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Please help. I am on the verge...
