What you’re seeing in OneDrive under Shared are items that someone else has shared with your account; they don’t live in your OneDrive storage, so you can’t truly “delete” them, only hide or report them. On the OneDrive website, go to Shared > Shared with you, right-click each suspicious file, and choose Report a concern. This sends it to Microsoft for review and abuse handling. There’s also an anonymous abuse form if you prefer not to sign in, described here:
OneDrive: Can't received a shared spam link and can't remove it!

I received 3 emails today that said someone wanted to share a document on OneDrive. I did not open the email but preview still showed it. I deleted the email but these files still appeared in my OneDrive live shared items.
These files are named "GET_BOX???".
My only options for these files are to select the checkbox next to it and select "Hide from Shared". When I do this, I have the option to report it as spam, which I check then click remove.
If I refresh the screen, the file comes back!
Is there any way to get rid of the sharing to me?????
