Windows 11 is prompting me for my BitLocker recovery key. I've done this several times before, so I went to the associated webpage in my account. However, the page was not able to load properly. I've tried on several devices.

It gives me a screen that says, "Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us". Well, its been a while. Please help. My computer is unusable.

My oneDrive is not full. I've cleared my browser cache.

If you're unable to access your BitLocker recovery key from your Microsoft account due to a loading issue, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Try Different Browsers: Sometimes, the issue may be browser-specific. Try accessing the page using different web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
    2. Check Microsoft Services Status: Occasionally, there may be outages or issues with Microsoft's services. You can check the status of Microsoft services online to see if there are any reported problems.
    3. Use Another Device: If possible, try accessing your Microsoft account from a different device or network to rule out device-specific issues.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They may be able to help you retrieve your recovery key or resolve the loading issue.
    5. Recovery Options: If you have previously saved your recovery key in a different location (like a USB drive or printed copy), you can use that to unlock your device.

If none of these steps work, you may need to explore recovery options for your device as a last resort.

    Is the page you used?
    https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

Try to use browser incognito mode, and if you still get the error, go to https://account.live.com > check the Microsoft Storage section, is either bar full?
