Using Samsung Galaxy buds 3, only the right headphone connects. The left will not connect. Tried resetting and reconnecting.

    Hi!

Have you tested your headphones on another device, such as a cell phone or another laptop?

What is the model and manufacturer of your computer?

    • Press WINDOWS + R > Type "msinfo32" > In System Summary, send me a screenshot.

Do wired headphones or speakers work?

    1. When starting Windows, search for "Device Manager" in the search bar > Click on the icon > Expand the "Bluetooth" tab.
    2. Right-click the first Bluetooth device > Select "Uninstall device" > Check "Try to remove this device’s driver" (if any) > Confirm > Repeat this step with all Bluetooth devices in the "Bluetooth" tab.
    3. Restart the computed > Open System Configuration > Click ''Update and security' > ''Windows Update'' > ''Check for updates''.
    4. Download all available updates. Click on the ''Show optional updates'' option (marked in blue) if you have > Select all drivers > Click 'Download and Install'.
    5. Restart the computer > See if the problem persists.
