Hello, Microsoft communities. I am seeking help with removing unused Outlook email accounts from my Outlook.com accounts drop-down window.

As the screenshot shows, I currently have three business accounts displayed in the drop-down account record window. Out of three, only one came with the three dots option, which, when clicked, gives the option to "Sign out and forget" where the Outlook account at the top belongs to an old company that I no longer associated with, but it does not come with the three dots option where I can "Sign out and forget".

Please help.
