You can try the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Option 1: Restart your PC first.
Option 2: Run Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings > System > Sound > Troubleshoot.
Option 3: Update Device Manager
- Open Device Manager > expand Sound, video and game controllers or Audio inputs and outputs > right-click your audio device (like Realtek or speakers), and select Update driver > Search automatically
- After that Restart your PC to see if the issue is resolved
Option 4: If the issue still persists, try this:
- Open Command Prompt (Run as administrator) > Run
sfc /scannow - After that, restart your PC
