Hello,

My account has been suspended and i have tried all means to recover it with no avail.

I have paid subscriptions in that account and while i cannot access the account, they continue to deduct the subscription. I have contacted the bank but they said they have no way to help on their end. Would you please discontinue my one drive subscription for this account ******@outlook.com.

Once this is done i will be able to open a new account. Please let me know what i can do for this to be resolved.

Thank you.

To deactivate your OneDrive subscription, you will need to follow the steps for canceling your subscription. Since your account is suspended, you may not be able to access the Microsoft 365 admin center directly. Here are the general steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since your account is suspended, the best course of action is to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance with your account and subscription cancellation. They can help you with the recovery process and potentially cancel your subscriptions.
    2. Provide Necessary Information: When contacting support, be prepared to provide your account details and explain your situation clearly, including the fact that you cannot access your account.
    3. Follow Up: If you do not receive a timely response, consider following up with support to ensure your request is being processed.

Unfortunately, if you cannot access your account and support cannot assist you in canceling the subscription, you may continue to be charged until the account is resolved. It’s important to act quickly to avoid further charges.

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.
