To see the responses to emails sent to participants via the SRS portal, you would typically need to access the survey response reports. Each survey response record is created after a respondent submits a survey. You can open the project and select the survey name in the Reports section to view the graphical representation of the responses. The total number of responses received will be displayed at the top-left corner of the report.
Additionally, you can view individual responses by selecting the respondents' names in the Respondents panel after opening the survey report. This allows you to see the details of each response submitted by the participants.
For more detailed tracking of email invitations and their statuses, you can also refer to the survey invitations report, which shows statistics about the invitations sent, including whether they were responded to or not.
