AVD browser session hanging on 'connecting' for some user/browser combos
AVD env setup and working for more than a year. Windows App and Browser accessed worked fine. About 6 weeks ago browser access (chrome/edge/firefox/etc) to AVD stopped working for all users. See screenshot for where the AVD browser session would always fail. Windows App remained working however. We troubleshot for days and engaged our managed service provider to no avail.
Yesterday I tried again and I can now log into AVD via edge, but not chrome. Some other users can log into AVD via chrome, but not edge. No changes were made on our side other than say monthly patching. Please help us resolve this issue. Thanks!
