    Hi @Simon C

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I truly understand how this feature might be handy for everyone.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment.

I did find this feedback that requested the same feature as yours.

Need the ability to schedule recurring events on workdays only · Community

My recommendation is voting for this idea, the more people vote for it, the higher possibility Microsoft will consider and making it a feature in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and contribution to make Outlook more convenient to users.

To set a recurring meeting on the 11th working day of each month, where working days are defined as weekdays only and public holidays are recognized, you would typically need to take the following steps:

    1. Define Working Days: Ensure that your calendar settings in Outlook recognize weekdays (Monday to Friday) as working days. You can also set up non-working days to account for public holidays.
    2. Set Recurrence Pattern: In Outlook, you can create a recurring appointment. However, Outlook does not natively support setting a recurrence based on the "11th working day" directly. Instead, you may need to manually adjust the meeting date each month if the 11th falls on a weekend or a public holiday.
    3. Import Holidays: You can simplify the process of recognizing public holidays by importing them into your calendar. This can be done through the settings in Outlook, where you can import holidays specific to the UK.
    4. Manual Adjustments: Since the 11th working day may vary each month depending on holidays and weekends, you may need to manually check and adjust the meeting date accordingly each month.

In summary, while you can set a recurring meeting in Outlook, the specific requirement of the "11th working day" would require some manual intervention to ensure it aligns with your working day definition and public holidays.
