If you want to try the new Outlook but cannot see the toggle switch, there could be several reasons for this issue:

    1. Unsupported Windows Version: Ensure that your Windows version is at least Windows 10, Build 1809 (17763) or higher.
    2. Unsupported Channel: The toggle is only available in specific channels such as Current Channel, Monthly Enterprise Channel, and Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel (preview).
    3. Unsupported Version of Outlook: Nonsubscription versions of Outlook, like Outlook 2021 or Outlook 2019, do not support the toggle.
    4. Account Compatibility: If you are using a POP or on-premises Exchange account, the toggle may not be available. You can check if the toggle appears by signing in on a system where the new Outlook launches successfully for another user.
    5. Registry Settings: The visibility of the toggle can be controlled by the HideNewOutlookToggle registry key. If this key is set to 1, the toggle will be hidden. You can change this value to 0 to make the toggle visible after restarting Outlook.
    6. Cloud Policy: Check if there is a policy set in the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center that disables the toggle. If so, you will need to disable that policy to allow the toggle to appear.

If you are receiving an error message from the Microsoft Store, it may indicate that the installation is blocked or that there are other issues with accessing the store. You can try installing the new Outlook directly from the Office CDN if access to the Microsoft Store is restricted.

    Hello

Are you currently on the Classic Outlook? If you have Microsoft 365, you don't want to switch to the new Outlook since new Outlook is the free and lighter version of email app, it lacks many features compared to the Classic Outlook, which is a paid version that comes with Msft 365.

If you do want to try it just to see what it is like, you can download it from the store app.
