How long does it take for microsoft to reply to a privacy form request

Hello,

For context: I want to delete my outlook account and am being blocked by microsoft systems to do so

I submitted a privacy contact us request yesterday (24 hours ago) using this form
https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/privacy-request
(Which I only found via Google, not Micosoft or Microsoft support.)
How long does it take for them to reply or at least acknowledge receipt of the request? When should I try again?

I submitted a GDPR request to delete all organisational/tenant associations with my email which are preventing me from deleting my account, and I have no access to these organisational links through any microsoft channel including support chats and all the places they redirected me. All the places they directed me did NOT work - as they are all business help lines who either hung up on me or wouldn't let me through because I'm not a business and don't have a business or azure account.

My hotmail has been hacked so badly - with somebody taking over my email account, and even after 'securing' it I just had somebody open a Capital One credit card using the email in America.
My primary goal in life is to delete this email because the stress is overwhelming me.

However, this is proving to be one of the greatest challenges and mysteries of my life.
Anybody who's had success dealing with this let me know. Don't tell me to contact the admin of the supposed organisations because this email is over 30 years old these associations were probably due to hackers.

If I get no joy through this privacy request method I'm considering filing a GDPR complaint to the UK Government. Anybody have experience of that?

Many thanks,

    Thanks for reaching out Boris.

I understand the urgency of resolving this matter. This issue often arises when your account remains linked to an organization within Microsoft's system, preventing deletion until these are removed.

First, confirm if you have received an email from Microsoft regarding your privacy request, including a case number or confirmation. Check your spam folder if needed. Then, visit account.microsoft.com to see if your account shows organizational ties under Your Info or Subscriptions. Also, inform me whether you’ve attempted to remove linked devices or services from your account settings.
