Recover Unsaved Data

I had autosave on the entire time I've had a file open. After I had my computer restarted, it deleted all of my data from today, 12/11, back to 11/12 and I wasn't aware of the change before I clicked off the recover tab when the file opened. Is there any way to get back that "unsaved" data? Because that data should've been saving automatically.

    To make sure we're aligned and avoid from any misunderstanding, please let me know a few details about your issue by answering these questions: 

    1. As I see you used the tag "for Business", may I have your reconfirmation if you are signed in with a personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), an education account (e.g., @school.edu), or a work account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)?  
    2. Please confirm whether the file was saved on a cloud-based service such as OneDrive or SharePoint, or if it was stored locally on your computer. This will help determine whether version history or local recovery options are available. 
    3. When the file reopened after the restart, did you see multiple versions listed in the recovery pane, or only a single version?  
    4. Please provide the Windows version number if possible.
