I use Family Safety for blocking websites like YouTube for my 8 year old. I had allowed YouTube Kids, but needed to block it. So I set it up as blocked, however she can still access it. While logged into her profile, I verified through her Microsoft account that it shows blocked, however I could click right on the link and go watch videos. Need help on how to make it actually block what it says is blocked.

    Hello,

This is likely caused by a desync, while the family safety site says it's blocked, your child's account might not have received the orders to block the website yet. Try clearing the cache for your child's web browser.

    1. For browser cache, open your browser (Edge or Chrome) go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data > Clear cached files and cookies.

    Hope this helps,

    JC
