Hi,
If your Excel file was deleted from iCloud more than 30 days ago and no backup exists, recovery is almost impossible because iCloud permanently removes files after that period. Disk Drill and similar tools won’t work since the file was synced and erased from both cloud and local storage.
Your best remaining options:
Check AutoRecover folders on Mac or WindowsSearch local caches or Excel Recent Files
Restore from Time Machine or other backups
Look for email attachments or shared copies
Contact Apple Support for escalation (rarely successful but worth trying)
