Hi!

I have set up a shared bookings page for the company I work for, with several "Services" that are able to be booked. The URL (link) to the shared booking page and the URL:s for the service booking pages all include my name, which is a problem. Do you have any idea why my name is in the URL instead of the business name? My name can only be found at Staff, as Administrator.

In Microsoft Bookings, the URLs for shared booking pages typically include the name of the administrator who created them by default. If you want to remove your name from the URL and replace it with the business name, you should consider configuring a custom domain for your booking pages. This allows you to create a more professional and branded URL that reflects your business instead of the administrator's name.

To set up a custom domain, you can refer to the documentation on custom domain support in Shared Bookings. This will help ensure that your booking links are more aligned with your business identity.

    Hi,

Your name appears in the Microsoft Bookings URL because the page was created under your account, and the system uses the creator’s mailbox alias for the link. This cannot be changed directly.

    Best solutions:

Create the booking page under a generic company account

Or set up a custom domain redirect to mask the original URL.

    I hope this helps!
