My account got hacked but microsoft isn't helping.

I got hacked at around april 2025 and microsoft isn't helping. The hacker changed my password and email, so i cannot get it back by myself. I then contacted microsoft support about it, but they just blocked the account. I then contacted microsoft support again yesterday on the 11 of december 2025 to reinstate my account, but they just said they couldn't find the email in the database. But I even explicitly stated that the hacker changed the password and email. And they even said that i should give them my skype ID so that they can check again. But the thing is, skype has been retired from may 2025 so there is no way to get my skype ID. I seriously wonder if microsoft support even reads our emails through. Anyway someone please help me with the account reinstatement.
