In the meantime, temporary workarounds such as restarting Windows Explorer, updating display drivers, or using alternate screenshot methods (e.g., Win+Shift+S shortcut) have provided limited relief.
The most reliable mitigation is to ensure systems are fully patched, monitor for hotfix releases, and use alternate capture methods when Snipping Tool fails.
