Help error 0x80073701 in KB5071546. Win10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021, Build no.19044.6575

can someone pls help me in this update error? i tried using sfc /scannow, the dism command, the net stop and start for the four services, and even the troubleshooting for windows update did not work.User's image

Let’s start simple: run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and then sfc /scannow again to make sure the component store is clean. After that, clear the Windows Update cache by stopping the update services, renaming the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folders, and restarting the services. If it still fails, there’s a known issue with the en-US language pack on LTSC 2021—have you installed any additional language packs? If yes, we might need to temporarily switch or remove one. Also, would you prefer trying a manual install from the Microsoft Update Catalog if these steps don’t work?
