2025-12-12T00:13:58.1666667+00:00 Hi,
I’m sorry to inform you that the free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10/11 ended in 2023, so unfortunately, there’s no longer an option to upgrade your computer to Windows 10/11 for free. I understand this isn’t the news you were hoping to hear, and I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Here's a related article that was released:
If your computer meets all the system requirements to upgrade to Windows 11, you will need to purchase a Windows 11 license from Microsoft.
