Junk Mail reporting program

We are using the JMRP for Receiving Complaints from our Subscribers , to register the complaint email address in JMRP, we are unable to Apply in JMRP, getting the error in "Select one of the complaint format options."

Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

    After reviewing the registration process for the Junk Email Reporting Program, I encountered a similar message to what you described: “Select one of the complaint format options.” 

    However, as a forum moderator, I don’t have access to a dedicated testing environment with resources like an organization’s IP address and complaint feedback email address to proceed further. 

    If you’ve entered your IP address and complaint feedback email address correctly but still see the message “Select one of the complaint format options,” I highly recommend reaching out to Hotmail Sender Support through this link: New support request for specialized assistance. They are better equipped and have access to internal tools to investigate and provide the most accurate information.
