Importing data into a table from Excel, funky results

See snippet below, I've imported data from excel to access, several rows but some of the results look like the snippet below. The cell that I am importing from is formatted as Text. The field that I am placing the data into is Short Text.

I have several fields where this is happening but it's not all of them, it just seems random. I am trying to see if there is a common word or character or spacing or something but it just seems like it's random.

How do I fix?

You know it's a funny thing.... I just went back to take a screen shot and all of the text boxes that were messed are ok now. How does that happen? All I did from the time that I posted the question until I got your response, was make sure formatting adjustments to the form. I deleted a couple of text boxes that I decided that I didn't need. I didn't even notice that the funky characters disappeared.
