Thank you for your previous response. I would like to explain that my previous employer (Fujitsu) is not responding, and they are unable to provide any access or recovery for my old corporate email ID. Therefore, accessing that account is completely impossible for me now.
Since the old company email cannot be reactivated in any way, I kindly request you to please proceed with manual certification transfer to my personal email account.
All my certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-900, PL-300) are linked to my old company email ID, which is permanently inaccessible. I urgently need to access my certifications to renew them.
Please transfer all my certifications to the following personal email:

To verify my identity and certification ownership, I have attached the following documents:
Government ID proof
- Previous employer Offer Letter / Relieving Letter
Since I cannot get any support from my old organization, I sincerely request Microsoft to help me complete this transfer.
