When you share files from your Office 365 account (OneDrive/SharePoint), if your account is closed, any files or items you previously shared will also no longer be accessible. Even if you share a file and later delete or move it, the people you shared it with will not be able to access the content.

In this case, please download the notebook to your computer and then upload it to your personal OneDrive. That way, if your school account is closed, it will not affect your access to the files.
