I need to speak with a person (HUMAN) with a pulse, Please! -- Billing questions

I have been for the last few hours, attempting to speak with a person about two subscription that on my account that I am being billed for.

How do I speak to a person to look into this without having to spending the nexe few hours to week or just canceling both to protect my acct.
