I can not activate my office

Is this a new purchase? Or has the installation worked in the past and now having activation issues?

I have instal office 2 or 3 times. When I install office goes everything ok. But later when I try activate is not going. SO when I install office and system ask me for key it go forward with installation.

Thanks for the follow-up. Office 2021 is for a single computer, so you may have to ask Microsoft support for help to transfer the license to the most recent installation.
