Device Performance and Health Scan is running every minute

Device Performance and Health Scan is running every minute and has hung up processing speeds to the point where It is crashing me out of games and holding up normal tasks

Is there any way to stop this or reduce the frequency? Nothing seems to work I.e. Disabling through any means does not stop it, windows repair, fresh install, repair install, disc wipe,clean install 5times to try different ssd and options doesn’t change anything. It started after the 9/10th December 2025 update..

I have done all the sfc, dism, gpedit, ResEdit and msconfg.. also troubleshooting, contacting Microsoft and having 2 guys remote on and try all the stuff above, any one have any ideas or do I just have to wait and see if they bring a patch out?

I’m a bit tech savvy and can look stuff up to resolve common issues but this one doesn’t comply to normal troubleshooting rules.. so it’s out of my ability to figure out.. after doing all the above and more I’m at a loss on what to try.
