    Further to Stefan's reply, if it is a new Mac it will not even accept a version of the OS which would support Office 2011. In order to use Mac Office 2011 you would need an older Mac which can run macOS Mojave [10.14] or earlier. Neither the Mac, the OS, nor Office 2011 would be supported.

    Office 2011 won't run on newer versions of macOS, because Office 2011 is only 32 bit which is not supported on newer Macs.
