To retake the GH-300 exam, you need to reschedule your exam appointment. Here are the steps you should follow:

1. Log in to your Learn profile: Go to your certification dashboard and log in.
2. Navigate to your exam appointment: Choose Profile from the dropdown menu in your photo avatar, then go to Credentials and select Certifications.
3. Reschedule your exam: Find the exam appointment you wish to reschedule and select the Reschedule link. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to complete the rescheduling process.

Make sure to reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam to avoid forfeiting your exam fee.
