I am taking a certification test for az-205, OnVue is not opening after download

I am unable to attempt my scheduled exam because the Pearson VUE OnVUE virtual testing application is not launching after download. I have restarted my system multiple times and re-downloaded the application, but the OnVUE app does not open.

I also tried basic troubleshooting steps such as closing all background applications and running the application again, but the issue persists. Due to this technical problem, I am unable to proceed with the exam as scheduled.

I kindly request assistance with this issue
