My new account has been locked for allegedly violating terms it has a 3 month 3 game pass attached from dell I want an answer why it has been locked I have just purchase a £3500 laptop this is taking the mick I cannot download any games via game pass and cannot access the account so in 3 months time I can’t cancel it from coming out my bank I want what was advertised so how am I supposed to find out why it was locked for downloading games and how to have my gamepass back
