If your Azure tenant is blocked due to inactivity, you will need to take action to reactivate it. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you cannot log in to create a support request, you may need to reach out to Microsoft directly. You can find the global support phone numbers here.
    2. Reactivation Window: You can request reactivation within 20 days of the tenant entering an inactive state. If the tenant remains inactive for longer than 20 days, it will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
    3. Data Protection Policies: If you decide not to reactivate the tenant, be aware that it will be deleted after 20 days of inactivity. You can review Microsoft's data protection policies for more information.

Make sure to take action quickly to avoid permanent deletion of your tenant.
