I bought a Microsoft 365 Business Standard package for my personal PC. I downloaded the software on the link provided, but the activation token given on the receipt seems to be invalid. The reseller only says contact Microsoft. Can you guide me to who can assist me?

Log into this link, then enter your product key to register the Office licence on your account, is that successful, or if an error is indicated, what is the exact error.

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you see the Office licence has already been added to your account there?

If you're having trouble activating your Microsoft 365 Business Standard package due to an invalid activation token, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your License: Ensure that the license you purchased is correctly assigned to your account. If you are signed in with a Work or School account and don't have a license assigned, you should contact your Microsoft 365 administrator.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since the reseller has advised you to contact Microsoft, you can do so through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here’s how:
      • Go to the admin center at admin.cloud.microsoft.
      • If you encounter permission issues, it indicates that you are not an admin. You may need to ask someone with admin permissions to assist you.
      • Select Help & support on the bottom right side of the page.
      • Type your question or issue in the text box, and if needed, select Contact Support to get further assistance.
    3. Use the Microsoft 365 Uninstall Troubleshooter: If there are issues with the installation, you can run the Microsoft 365 Uninstall troubleshooter to remove any previous installations and then reinstall the correct version.
    4. Run the Microsoft 365 Sign-in Troubleshooter: This can help resolve sign-in issues that might be affecting your activation.

By following these steps, you should be able to get the necessary support to resolve your activation issue.
