My emails work fine on my iphone but my wife who shares my account has issues with her emails.

Here email is [Moderator note : PII Removed]@bellsouth.net.. On the desk top computer everthing works great but on he I-phone 6 pro there is an issue.. Can get an email and read it and save to a folder but when you go back to look at it, it's gone.. None of her email folders on her phone have any of the emails in them.

My emails work fine with same I-phone and same email account.. I added her email to my phone and still have the same problem. Thinking there could be security setting in my Microsoft account that's blocking her emails to be sent to her i-phone.

    Dear James Ferguson

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Community. I understand you are having problems with emails saved to folders not appearing in Outlook for iOS. I am happy to assist you. Please kindly follow these steps :

    1. Update Outlook app and iOS
      • Ensure the Outlook app and iOS are updated to the latest versions. Outdated versions can cause sync issues.
    2. Reset Outlook app cache
      • In the Outlook app, go to Settings > Help & Feedback > Troubleshooting > Reset Account.
      • This clears cached data and forces a full resync of folders.
    3. Remove and re-add the account in Outlook app
      • Go to Settings > Accounts, select the account, and remove it.
      • Add the account again to refresh sync settings.
    4. Verify folder sync settings
      • In Outlook app, tap Settings > Accounts > Your Account, ensure all folders are selected for sync.
    5. Check server-side folder visibility
      • Sign in to Outlook on the web (https://outlook.com) and confirm emails are present in folders.
      • If they appear online but not in the app, the issue is local sync and will be resolved by steps above.
    6. If using iOS Mail app instead of Outlook app
      • Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Your Outlook Account > Mail Days to Sync, set to No Limit.
      • Remove and re-add the account if folders still appear empty.
