The WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (Bug Check 0x124) is a stop code that indicates a hardware error has occurred in your system. This error is typically related to hardware issues such as a failing component, overheating, or a problem with device drivers. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this error:

    1. Check Hardware Connections: Ensure that all hardware components are securely connected. This includes RAM, graphics cards, and any other peripherals.
    2. Run Hardware Diagnostics: Use the hardware diagnostics tools provided by your system manufacturer to check for any hardware failures.
    3. Update Drivers: Make sure all your device drivers are up to date, especially for critical components like graphics cards and storage controllers.
    4. Check for Overheating: Monitor your system's temperatures to ensure that components are not overheating, which can lead to hardware failures.
    5. Remove Recently Added Hardware: If you have recently added new hardware, try removing it to see if the problem persists.
    6. Run Memory Diagnostics: Use the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool to check for memory-related issues.
    7. Check Event Viewer: Look for any critical errors in the Event Viewer that occurred around the same time as the blue screen error.

If the issue continues after trying these steps, you may need to consult with a professional technician for further diagnosis.

Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
