I am a Grand Canyon University student trying to access Azure Dev Tools for Teaching using my GCU email. When I sign in, I receive a “You do not have access” error stating my account cannot be validated.

I need access to download Windows Server 2022 for a required class assignment using GCU Virtualization Solutions. Please advise how to enable access or if additional account activation is required.

Thank you.

To resolve the issue of not being able to access Azure Dev Tools for Teaching with your Grand Canyon University (GCU) email, please ensure that you are using your university credentials to sign in. If you are still encountering the "You do not have access" error, it may be necessary to check with your subscription administrator to confirm that your GCU email domain is properly set up to allow access to the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching.

If you do not have a Microsoft account linked to your GCU email, you will need to create one. When signing in, make sure to use your GCU email address to create the Microsoft account, as this is essential for accessing the resources.

If you continue to experience difficulties, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance. They can help verify your account and ensure that you have the necessary access to download Windows Server 2022 for your class assignment.
