I bought this HP Laptop 15-dy20xxxx last year. The autoupdate installed Windows version 25h2, the screen went black, I connected an external monitor to the HDMI port, and I noticed everything works. I decided to make a backup and use the recovery option to revert to version 22H, but since the laptop is relatively new, it didn't have the recovery option available. Then I went to HP support and drivers to the drivers were installed, it worked for 1 day, it seems the auto update ruined again the laptop display driver the next day.

Frustraded about this updates I decided to run HP support Solutions framework update all over again, nothing.

Then, drivers update the BIOS, nothing. After, log in in safe mode and restore windows keeping my files (keeping apps was not an option and I lost the Microsoft Office intalled in the laptop). Screen display is not working.
I checked the screen with a flash light to verify if anything can be seen from dim lights or small cracks, but since its new and I keep it at my desk, I know the screen is OK.
Now when I log into the device manager, the Inter UHD Graphics works, but only the external monitor is found.
I neeed help with this since I saved money to buy this laptop to work and study, warranty is not longer and option and currently I do not have a job.

do I have to delete the hard disk windows 25h2 version and reinstall windows 22h in orer to make it work?
