My mothers computer all of a sudden is asking for a PIN. The email address in the PIN reset is no longer a usable address. How do I get her into her computer and why did she all of a sudden get asked for a PIN. Your customer service SUCKS!!!!!! I

I have tried all of the suggestion in you automated help desk and they don't work. Please make it easier to get live help. I am seriously considering everything over to Apple. This is absolutely ridiculous.
