Unexpected Error while scheduling AZ900 with Pearson VUE

I tried booking the AZ900 certification with Pearson VUE through MS Learn. It went well for the first few times but failed when I tried to pay. However, at one point my account started showing "Unexpected Error" for any certification that I have tried booking ever since. I suspect my account has been locked, and I urgently need help since I prepared for the exam and want to take it asap.

Any help and/or suggestions will be appreciated.

    Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

    ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
