Cannot access my Microsoft account.

I cannot sign into my Microsoft Account using Microsoft Edge. This message is sent in Microsoft Private browsing. Since access is denied, OneDrive is inaccessible. Chats did nor solve the problem and suggested Windows 11 Home from Dell is corrupted etc. One of the error codes using Microsoft Edge is: 08004e4be. Another error code was 2147944153. The error codes to me are of no use. The two Chat representatives had access to my computer with no solution to the problem except contact this group.

    In the meantime, please try the options below:

    -Clear cookies and cache in your browser, then close and reopen the browser and try again.

    -Try a Private/InPrivate window in Microsoft Edge. If your account has a secondary alias (additional sign-in email/phone), try signing in with that alias instead of the primary one.

    -Test on a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot). If possible, you can also temporarily use a VPN just to test whether the issue is network-related.
