Cant Login to microsoft on my conputer

Whenever i try to login to my account to play minecraft it asks me to verify my email. The email it shows i dont know it. Ive reset my password multiple times and added other ways to verfy its me but no matter what it will just ask for that email

when i try to use the password instead it just says password invalid. I know im putting in the right password. It just said invalid.

    You must verify through the listed security email or complete the account recovery form to prove ownership when access to that email no longer exists. Please review the account recovery instructions on the official support website and submit the recovery form using the same device and network you normally use.

    Access returns only after verifying the listed security email or after submitting the account recovery form and waiting for the security change review period, which lasts up to 30 days when the primary email gets replaced.
