How to change my daughter back to a user not an admin.

To change your daughter's account from an administrator to a standard user in Windows 11, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings: Click on the Start menu and select Settings (the gear icon).
2. Accounts: In the Settings window, select Accounts from the sidebar.
3. Family & other users: Click on Family & other users.
4. Select the Account: Under the Your family section, find your daughter's account and click on it.
5. Change Account Type: Click on Change account type.
6. Select Standard User: In the dropdown menu, select Standard User and then click OK to apply the changes.

After completing these steps, your daughter's account will no longer have administrative privileges, and she will be set up as a standard user.

I have followed the steps to change her from an admin to user, but it doesn't allow me to select her account to change it. It isn't listed.

Does your daughter select her account on the login screen at the lower left to sign in to her account? If not, perhaps you haven't added her account to your computer.
