Symptoms
When you try to sign in to Dynamics 365 Guides from a shared HoloLens device, a sign-in error occurs.
Resolution 1
Contact your admin to create a shared account and assign it to you.
Resolution 2
Contact your admin to assign the Basic User role and the Dynamics 365 Guides Operator or Dynamics 365 Guides Restricted Operator role.
