Windows update keeps saying "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes"

OS: Win 10 Pro 22H2
Build: 19045.6691

I enrolled ESU and installed all the updates available that was provided by Windows Update.
I can confirm that everytime I refresh the update page, there's nothing new

But the page keeps saying "Not Up-to-date" and "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes"

I tried fixing it by

  • several clean installs
  • manual updates using windows update catalog
  • using "Wufix.bat"
  • sfc & dism commands

So far, none of them worked. Could it be a false alarm? If so or not, how should I fix it?

    첨부된 이미지를 보면, Windows 10 22H2용 최신 12월 업데이트 KB5071546을 설치하셨으니 문제없을 겁니다. 이건 버그일 수 있으니 지금은 무시해도 돼요.
